The delivery of products is always done as soon as possible from the time of payment.

Each product has its times of supply and not all are in our stores on a permanent basis. Therefore given the wide variety and different nature of the articles we deal withdelivery times can vary a lot from product to product or combinations of products you buy.

In general for all  David Laser Scanner' products shipment is carried out within 5 working days, with the exception of our special custom David advanced KITS, not visible in the online store, for which we communicate the timetable of the the delivery just befor the purchase in the qouting you receive.

For all the CNC-Step Heiz's minor products and accessories  shipping takes about 10-15 days.

For the CNC Z-Step High-Z router shipment takes about 5-6 weeks from the start of the order and always after the payment of the balance.

For the CNC-Step Heiz Raptor-X and other machinery the shipment takes place according to the schedule in the contract of purchase, such times are always agreed directly with the manufacturer according to the supply.

All other products' shipping times may vary between 1 day and 7 -10 days, when possible we indicate in the product's page.
All products are currently shipped with the Italian Post Office or Italian SDA with 1day or 3 dfays insured parcel, insured Express Mail 1 plus , registered mail or registered insured sealed mail.

CNC routers are shipped by international courier on dedicated pallet protected with wood frame. The shipment of the router is impeccably carried out, we take particular care to the shipment, The pallet and packing method is perfectly suitable for the transport of precision mechanical  builds and the service is carried out by instructed couriers with knowledge about proper procedures on such kind of machinery.
